First training session of the week to prepare for the match against Frosinone this Saturday at 6pm.
After a day's rest granted yesterday by coach Pioli, Olivier Giroud and the Milan team met for lunch before starting the training session.
To begin with, the team headed for the elevated area, stimulating their muscles with sports exercises involving low obstacles and cones.
After that, Olivier and the players who started against Bologna devoted themselves to recuperation activities away from home.
